Got the plate i wanted but made sure they added a note not to call me before 12 noon as i do permeant night shifts... and got a stupid call at 9 am to say that my plates were ready....... got what i wanted but poor customer service.
I keep receiving calls and every time I’m told my number will be removed from the system. Today I’ve had two calls in one day and after the first call I was told that they would get in touch with IT to get it wiped off. Clearly no one has done anything again as I’ve had another. It’s to the point where I’ve blocked the number but I’m still receiving voicemails from the lovely Derek who keeps calling me Lydiano ????????♀️????????♀️ I have purchased a plate through a different company now due to the amount of constant sales calls from this company. It’s so off putting.

The process was brilliant, the customer service actually took alot of time out to keep calling and making sure a deal was secured. The customer service also took into account everything and was very understanding.
Finally a deal was done thanks to the management and customer service combined, big shout out to Louise she did a brilliant job and was super helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how quick and easy it was from start to finish to change my registration plate to a new personal one. And the lady who dealt with me (Lauren) was amazing! I would definitely recommend this company. I don’t usually bother doing reviews but this was well deserved!
